Welcome to our BillView & Pay system! We are happy to announce that this online system is now available for GSI customer use. This system gives GSI customers access to account billing information and the ability to pay service bills online!
To view available account information and/or to make a payment, click on the icon located in the top right corner of this page. You will need a password and your account number to view billing information or to make a payment.
If you have not already called us and set up a password, you can login NOW by using the last four digits of the phone number listed on your account. If you find you are not able to do so, your account may not have an updated phone number in it. Please contact our office to request a personalized password or if you would like to change it from the phone password on your account. Once we have your password set up, you will be able to access this page within 48 hours.
This is not our recurring payment program. You will need to return to this online system each period to make your payment. We do have a separate program if you want to sign up for our AUTO-PAYMENT option.
If you would like to be set up for auto-pay, please contact our office to make these arrangements. An online enrollment option may be available in the future.
Once you log into the system, you will be able to view billing information including:
- Service name
- Service address
- Billing address (if different)
- Balance as of last upload date (usually every 48 hours)
- Last payment amount and date
You can view samples of the login and account information screens by selecting the link provided.
Customers may pay by credit or debit card on this site. This site's security and processing is handled by Authorize.Net. Our website uses I-Frame technology that takes you to a secure website where your payment is processed.
Remember to print the screen as a receipt for your records, once you have completed your payment.
