Service Change Request Form

For your convenience, we have included an online form below, that you may use to make changes to your existing service levels due the the recent changes to Fort Collins City Code.

Please note the following:

    1. Please fill out the form COMPLETELY
    2. We will do our best to make the service changes and deliver your container as quickly as possible
    3. Currently, deliveries are dependent upon cart production schedules, so the sooner you get your request to us, the sooner we can get you on the list for delivery.
    4. Please consider the options carefully and submit only ONE change to avoid confusion or possible order duplication
    5. Please do not make more than one request on this website
    6. Do not use this form if you already contacted us with the same information
    7. We will contact you shortly after receiving your request (generally within 48 hrs)

Please be patient with us regarding container exchanges. We are in the process of stocking containers, but are unsure how many customers will be need of each service type, how many people will decrease their services, and how many will want each size of the large recycle bins. The financial requirements are extremely stringent.

For competitive reasons, we do not list our prices on our website. However, to determine what the price would be for a lower service level, use the following to calculate it:

  • If you have a 65-gallon cart now, the rate for a 35-gallon would be 1/2 of your NEW rate showing for September services.
  • If you have a 95-gallon cart now, the rate for a 35-gallon would be 1/3 of your NEW rate showing for September services, and a 65-gallon would be twice the calculated 35-gallon rate.

Containers exceeding these limits will be counted at the next service level higher to assure City Code Compliance.
